Observations for dwarf galaxies are often at odds with predictions of structure formation according to lambda-CDM. It has recently been suggested that these anomalies are driven by feedback from intermediate mass black holes (IMBHs) in dwarf galaxies, rather than a change in the fundamental nature of dark matter (Silk+17). I will be discussing some of the theory and observations of AGN feedback in low-mass and dwarf galaxies.
