Sina Bahrami will discuss:
"Euclid-type Missions and our understanding of Dark Energy"
Abstract: Future generation galaxy surveys can significantly enhance our understanding of the origin of the cosmic acceleration. In a recent work ( http://arxiv.org/abs/1509.02191 ) David Langlois et.al. derived expected constraints on a number of parameters of the effective theory of Dark Energy. They concluded that a Euclid type mission can constrain several modified gravity parameters at $\sigma ~ 0.001$ level.
