Abstract: New luminosity functions at z ~ 2 are determined from our Spitzer Infrared Spectrograph archive for optically obscured, dusty Starbursts and AGN at z ~ 2. New Herschel photometry of such objects extends SEDs so that detectability of similar sources can be predicted for 5 < z < 10 at 350 um, 850 um, and 2 mm. Either detections or limits will define the epoch when the first luminous, dusty sources appeared.
