I will be talking about our recent paper (Leung, Riechers & Pavesi 2016), on the study of molecular gas dynamics and kinematics and the interstellar medium (ISM) properties of the strongly-lensed quasar host galaxy RXJ1131-1231 at the critical epoch when the comoving star formation rate and black hole accretion rate densities are steeply declining.
