Jason Hofgartner wins Outstanding Student Paper Award

Jason Hofgartner, a Cornell Astronomy graduate student, won an Outstanding Student Paper Award for his presentation at the American Geophysical Union's fall meeting in San Francisco on December 18th, 2014.  Hofgartner presented his research with Professors Jonathan Lunine, Alex Hayes, and Don Campbell into the origin of specular reflections that were observed from the equatorial region of Saturn's moon Titan.  Typically the top 3-5% of presenters are awarded an OSPA.
